left kidney Injured in 1983 after school student beat me up or hit leg (karate) on left kidney and it was damage blood founded in urine, report founded size 9.0 or its not functioning well

Chronic cluster headache, not intractable

I do not have any following symptom or condition Severe, stabbing pain around one eye or side of the head
Redness of the eye, tearing, or eyelid drooping
Nasal congestion or runny nose on the affected side
Restlessness or pacing during attacks
Attacks often occur at night, sometimes waking the patient from sleep, and may follow a daily or seasonal pattern 

Encounter for general adult medical examination with abnormal findings

Head Related issue or pain

Hypercholesterolemia

Headache compared to hyper cholesterol; it's an absolutely wrong and stupid kind of judgement. Traumatic pain going on my head and its 15 second shootings going on head when doctor wouldn't understand concern

I:

Intractable tension-type headache


  • Muscle tension in the scalp, neck, and shoulders ( Mayo Clinic+1)
  • Stress and psychological factors, including anxiety and depression ( The Merck Manuals)
  • Poor posture or prolonged periods of sitting
  • Sleep disturbances and fatigue
  • Jaw clenching or temporomandibular joint disordersThe Merck Manuals)

Symptoms

Common symptoms of intractable tension headaches include:

  • Constant or near-constant dull, aching pain
  • Pressure or tightness around the forehead, temples, or back of the head
  • Tenderness in scalp, neck, and shoulder muscles
